September 14, 2009. Ft4-028 assembly begins

After hydraulic test the assembly of the locomotive began. The boiler and firebox were thoroughly cleaned and covered with temperature-resistant primer and paint. The boiler insulation was completely replaced by the new asbestos-free material, boiler cladding repaired and installed in place.
